Casa Rosa

Tucked back into a hidden gem of a neighborhood sits Casa Rosa. A house so cute it needed a name. When you walk through the front door of Casa Rosa it instantly feels like home. The neutral colors, textured finishes with subtle hints of green make for a well-balanced space. It’s hard to tell where the new and the old start as the transition from 1940’s to 2020 is seamless. The kitchen has soaring vaulted ceilings with oversized skylights that allow for a one-of-a-kind cooking experience. The custom hood at the duel fuel range allows for both a stylistic and functional solution. A moveable light weight ladder was designed to allow for easy access to the tallest of cabinets. Pantries are a must for any family, this special hidden pantry allows for maximum storage but can also be open to allow for large cooking parties with a set of double ovens.

The Master Bedroom features a twist on the traditional shiplap as the size and depths vary in this space. All the bedding is a creamy textured oasis, allowing for a good night sleep. Walking into the Master Bath will take you to a spa inspired space. Tumbled cottage marble, stacked pebbles, zelliege tile and quartzite will have you wanting to spend all day indulging in a warm bubble bath.
